  • 010: Break free from the SHOULDS

    IN THIS EPISODE:

    Rebecca Wagner discusses how "should" often stems from societal expectations, family pressures, and personal beliefs.

    The word "should" can lead to burnout, resentment, and disconnection from our true selves.

    She shares and example of debateing whether she should relax or work but ultimately chooses to act from personal choice rather than obligation.

    Recommends reframing "should" to "I choose to" or "I want to" for greater emotional freedom.
