    Research shows that 80% of New Year's resolutions fail by the beginning of February. Why? Because New Year's resolutions seldom have actionable steps. They are created out of peer pressure based on an arbitrary date. Today’s episode is going to change the way you set goals so you can achieve the things that are important to you. I am very big on setting goals - why, because if we aren't working towards something, it's hard to find meaning in day to day life?
