    If you are an athlete who struggles with mental health this episode is for you. As a current student-athlete I wanted to dedicate two episodes on how sports can impact an individuals mental health, both positively and negatively. Mental health is a vital part in our lives, and it's not talked about enough especially in athletes. A huge contributor to performing well is having a strong mind. Having poor mental health as an athlete can affect your performance and increase the risk of a physical injury. I hope this episode on the negative impacts doesn't resonate with anyone listening, but if it does I hope it helps and to let you know you are not alone.

    in relationships, the majority of the time we want to go out of the way for someone to express our love and appreciation for them but lack in doing that for ourselves. so this week anna is pushing the importance of doing things for yourself! sometimes life can get in the way & we tend to push aside our personal needs. investing in yourself is important to create the life you want to live, either currently or in the future.  listen and let me know what you think!
