    2025/06/11

My final guests on the podcast series is the lovely Johanna from the Wellness Network. The Wellness Network is a fabulous CIC that serves the people of Lincolnshire with wellbeing advice, support and programmes that see lasting change for those that attend.

I joined an online programme with Jo and Amanda last year and made changes that were subtle, achievable and above all had longevity. I am still benefiting from the progress made, over a year later, I guess I am proof in the pudding -Yes I still have puddings!

My conversation with Jo is peppered with nuggets and shared information relating to all things wellbeing and restorative sleep.

Included is the sharing of a powerful story of transformation emphasising with the right support from the right people such as Jo and Amanda then anything can be achieved.

Giving an outline of the fabulous work that The Wellness Network present in an informative and insightful way, listen to the podcast with Jo and gain valuable insights and knowledge from the conversation we had.

  • Jake Wallhead - A Personal Story
    2025/05/02

Jake was supposed to be the man behind the microphone on our podcast journey.

The producer and the one who put up with my loud voice, Sheffield accent and unexplained laughter.

The editor who buffed out my errors and made guests feel comfortable and welcomed into the studio.

But during our first day of recording we held a conversation about his journey from chronic pain management, volunteer work with SoundLincs to becoming employed and everything inbetween.

I knew I had to ask Jake to share his story.

For inspiration, hope and a true success story of how being supported through a journey of physical, emotional and mental health can triumph grab a cuppa and listen to as tells his story.

    A very special episode indeed.
