    Often there are thoughts that just feel so big and overwhelming, that we get lost and stuck. Speaking the words around them can help release a lot of frustration, pain and indecision.

    This episode is about one BIG conversation: Should I have kids?

    There are MANY expectations around women and motherhood. It can feel exhausting trying to figure out what YOU want.

    This is my story…one I don’t see spoken about enough.

    I feel VERY vulnerable sharing this but I also hope that this message gets to other women who are in similar sitautions and feeling incredibly isolated.
