    In this gentle 10-minute somatic mediation, you'll be guided back into your body with softness and presence.


    We begin not with striving, but with surrender - inviting breath, awareness, and stillness to move through each part of the body, from crown to feet.


    This is a meditation for anyone feeling scattered, disconnected or depleted. A quiet remembering of what it feels like to come home to yourself.


    All you need is a soft place to land.
