    We received a question in our first Q&A we're Line wanted to be able to run with a lower heart rate. We did our best to answer her question but without a test result it was purely speculation. Line decide to head over ot Aktivitus for some proper lab test and the results are in. We dissect here results and talk about what Line should focus on for the upcoming months. Victor is enjoying his vacation in Tuscany and Andreas might just be getting back in to the groove of things back home in Stockholm.

Luke and his team has done thorough testing on elite athletes and been able to concluded that a lot of them are limited by their respiratory system.
