    I'm back and I'm fully loaded with great content that will serve you. I've spent the past year in my full time job at NASA and built up my Mental Performance Golf Academy on the side. I had to take time away from one thing, but it didn't mean I completely let it go. It just means that I'm coming back stronger.

    As a disclaimer again, *nothing I say or do on my personal podcast is a representation of my work at NASA or anything NASA related. This is my own accord and my own podcast that I am doing as a passion to share the knowledge I have with listeners around the world.

    Many of us can spend countless hours aimlessly practicing our craft without any purpose or intention behind the practice. Researchers say that this doesn't help improve your skill or get you to mastery. Instead, it can lead to burnout, exhaustion, and demotivation.
