  • I'm back and I'm fully loaded with great content that will serve you. I've spent the past year in my full time job at NASA and built up my Mental Performance Golf Academy on the side. I had to take time away from one thing, but it didn't mean I completely let it go. It just means that I'm coming back stronger.

    As a disclaimer again, *nothing I say or do on my personal podcast is a representation of my work at NASA or anything NASA related. This is my own accord and my own podcast that I am doing as a passion to share the knowledge I have with listeners around the world.

    These days, I am very passionate about peak performance. Specifically - what creates peak performers and what type of habits they have in their lives.

    I am going to do a specific series on Peak Performance Habits, my new passion project.
    I have a training workshop for organizations along with a workbook that dives deep into developing peak performance into your life, leadership, and organization. Whether you are an athlete trying to improve your performance or a leader wanting to develop a team with peak performing habits, this next series on this podcast will be for you.
