  • Spirituality 101 | What is spirituality? And why it might be the most important thing you are missing out on.
    2025/07/04

So many of us wake up in lives we didn’t consciously choose—performing roles, chasing success, and wondering why we still feel empty. In our modern lives, we forget we even have a spirit. In this foundational 101 episode, Dr. Victoria defines spirituality and explores how it helps you break free from the illusions you've been conditioned to believe—those that tell you your worth lies in achievement and approval—to reconnect with the deeper truth of who you are.

This episode is an invitation to realize that spirituality is deeply human. It’s about the existential questions humans have been asking for thousands of years—how to make sense of life, how to keep going when you feel like you can’t, and how to live with meaning in a world that so often feels lonely or disconnected. Most of all, spirituality is about waking up to the beauty that’s already inside you. Thank you for listening! :)

  • Becoming | Transforming fear to love to create the life you want
    2025/05/30

It turns out that life often moves in self-fulfilling cycles. Take, for instance, the anxiety of walking into a party—nervous energy can make you hold back, stay quiet, and retreat inward. And then, when the night feels disconnected or disappointing, it seems to confirm your fear. In reality, it was the mindset you carried in that shaped much of what unfolded.

In this episode, Dr. Victoria explores how the energy, thoughts, and emotions we bring into our experiences subtly but powerfully shape our reality. She shares how we can shift from fear-based patterns into more life-affirming, love-centered ones.

Love, after all, is the highest energy we can embody. And when we approach daily life—conversations, decisions, even our inner dialogue—from that place, we begin to move ourselves into gentler, more nourishing cycles.

In cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), this process is known as challenging distorted thoughts. In dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), we trace emotional patterns through what’s called a chain analysis. Dr. Victoria weaves these tools together with spiritual insight, helping you understand the deeper, often unseen energies influencing your life’s rhythms—and how you can shift them.

Thank you for listening, you are deeply appreciated!
