  • Forced to Listen to My Own Dang Message!

    Can you believe it?! When you run into the wall enough times, the Universe will deliver the message another way. I haven't been taking care of myself - because I'm too busy nagging you all to take care of yourselves! - and so the message was delivered. Via Pneumonia. So here I am. Taking care of me and inviting you to join me in taking care of you.

    This guided meditation was released the first week of November. As we head into Thanksgiving week we could all use the reminder to pause. This meditation is under 10 minutes and will help you let go of holiday pressures and stay grounded through deep breathing and mindfulness.
