He’s also a mentee of world-renowned movement coach Shane Benzie, and brings a fascia-focused approach to posture and performance.

    In this episode, we dive into Myles’ journey from rugby injuries to obsessively researching biomechanics, and how his work with Shane transformed his understanding of form.
