Hey everybody, welcome back to the podcast. My guest today is Darryl Corley. Darryl is a UK-based nutrition coach who specialises in optimising the performance of HYROX athletes, including elite competitors like Becca Mason, Lucy Proctor, and Jake Williamson.


We had an interesting chat, talking all about Darryl’s background and how he switched from a high-fat to a high-carb diet, and the benefits that came along for the ride on multiple levels.
