My guest today is Myles Rawson aka @findyourstridecoach. Myles is a UK-based running coach and movement specialist who works closely with athletes to improve their running form. He’s also a mentee of world-renowned movement coach Shane Benzie, and brings a fascia-focused approach to posture and performance.
In this episode, we dive into Myles’ journey from rugby injuries to obsessively researching biomechanics, and how his work with Shane transformed his understanding of form.
