Fear is a strange thing. We all have our own personal fears and we all react very differently. Part of the reason we react differently is because of how we are designed and the other reason is because we have all been conditioned in different ways throughout our lives. But one thing we all have in common is that we do have fears. In today's episode, Taty and Dana talk about the differences betwen fear and intuition and how they relate to human design specifically.
If your Spleen Center is defined (or colored in like Taty’s spleen center is), then you have consistent access to your intuition and use your senses to be aware and alert in the present moment - the here and now. This means that if your spleen is defined, you only feel your own intuitions and fears and you are not aware when others are in fear.
If your spleen is open or undefined like Dana's is on her Human Design chart, then you most likely have a sensitive immune system and heightened awareness of sickness and danger. You are more likely to take in and amplify other’s fears, and you may find yourself searching for safety or needing to create “safety nets” as you take in those fears.
Dana and Taty share the specifcs of each gate and how you can tell if you are using that gate as a fear or as intuition. You'll have a much better understanding of how to navigate your own fears and intuitions.
For this week's intention, think of something that is really scary to you. Do you have a fear that holds you back from doing something or are you scared of everything? Think about your biggest fear in the present moment. Then get out a piece of paper and actually write out what would be the worst case scenario if this would happen and then think of one action step you can take to prevent this from happening. You will be able to manage your fears in no time by doing this exercise!
