    Dana and Taty reflect on the first 16 episodes as they bring this season to an end. They reminisce on their favorite episodes and share which weekly intentions were the most impactful in an effort to encourage you to go back and actually do the exercises.   • Are you HAPPY?

    Is this a question you ask yourself regularly or do you even know what makes you happy these days? Did you grow up with others asking if you were happy or were they more concerned with you growing up to become succesful? We are often taught that being succesful leads to happiness, but it's actually the other way around. Finding what makes you happy will bring you success. However, you have to allow yourself the space and time to truly figure out what lights you up on a core level.

    During today's episode, Taty and Dana share what makes them happy. They also discuss the Top 10 activities to increase your happiness level according to the Mappiness Study in Don't trust your Gut.

  • How to Ask for Feedback
    2022/07/29

    In order to grow as human beings, we need to know where our individual weaknesses lie because we all have blind spots - but wouldn't it be nice to know what they are? Guess what?! You can do just that and find out exactly what other people think of you!

    On this week's episode, Taty and Dana discuss the concept of asking for feedback from your closest friends and family and/or those you trust the most. They walk you through exactly how to ask for feedback and give you the information you'll need when decoding your feedback. 

    They strongly encourage you to send that email and ask for honest feedback from 3-5 close friends and family. Their goal is to help you see your blind spots and grow into a more authentic human being. If you aren't ready to receive feedback just yet, that's fine too! Everyone is at their own pace and they recommend you take this step whenever you are ready!

  • Understanding Throat Energetics & Using Your Voice

They also discuss the differences between companionate and passionate love and give some good relationship advice.   • Are you guided by Fear or Intuition?

    Fear is a strange thing. We all have our own personal fears and we all react very differently. Part of the reason we react differently is because of how we are designed and the other reason is because we have all been conditioned in different ways throughout our lives. But one thing we all have in common is that we do have fears. In today's episode, Taty and Dana talk about the differences betwen fear and intuition and how they relate to human design specifically. 

    If your Spleen Center is defined (or colored in like Taty’s spleen center is), then you have consistent access to your intuition and use your senses to be aware and alert in the present moment - the here and now. This means that if your spleen is defined, you only feel your own intuitions and fears and you are not aware when others are in fear.

    If your spleen is open or undefined like Dana's is on her Human Design chart, then you most likely have a sensitive immune system and heightened awareness of sickness and danger. You are more likely to take in and amplify other’s fears, and you may find yourself searching for safety or needing to create “safety nets” as you take in those fears.

    Dana and Taty share the specifcs of each gate and how you can tell if you are using that gate as a fear or as intuition. You'll have a much better understanding of how to navigate your own fears and intuitions. 

    For this week's intention, think of something that is really scary to you. Do you have a fear that holds you back from doing something or are you scared of everything? Think about your biggest fear in the present moment. Then get out a piece of paper and actually write out what would be the worst case scenario if this would happen and then think of one action step you can take to prevent this from happening. You will be able to manage your fears in no time by doing this exercise!

  • Love Yourself to "Breath"
    2022/07/01

    In this week's episode, Dana and Taty talk about the many reasons we might not love ourselves the way that we should. But first they follow up on their intentions from last week where Taty challenges Dana's readiness to get married. After things get a little spicy between them, Dana proves her point on marriage readiness and they move on to the topic of loving yourself.

    Taty read Conscious Loving and had several realizations about her childhood after finishing the book. She talks about the many possible reasons we don't love ourselves and she even shares where her feeling of not being loveable comes from. Then Dana and Taty both express their thoughts about how the feeling of needing to be perfect all the time might relate to what we see on Instagram. After feeling unloveable for so long, they decided to do a mini workshop on ways you can love yourself. They decided to start with the most primitive of them all. Breathing.

    Taty talks about the possibility of nose orgasms and how a college class on relaxation was the most useful course she ever took. They read the book Breath and Taty shares her thoughts on mouth breathing while Dana shares her secret for getting better sleep. Taty talks about the impact of breathing through your nose and how it improves her workouts. 

    They also reminisce on their trip to Tulum where Dana got phytophotodermatitis from spilling a margarita on her legs and Taty recalls their reiki massages as being the most amazing massage she's ever received. They also share some helpful breathing exercises and encourage you to practice getting into your body. Tune in for more details!

  • Relationship Red Flags
    2022/06/24

    During last week's episode, Dana and Taty talked about numbing behaviors and how they affect your well-being. In today's episode, they follow up on their intention from last week about cutting out any numbing behaviors that came up for them during the past week. 

    They also talk about healthy relationships versus unhealthy relationships. Dana references the seven signs of an unhealthy relationship as 1) being unhappy when you are with your partner, 2) when your partner makes you feel bad about yourself, 3) when you don't feel safe or supported, 4) when you and your partner don't grow together, 5) when you and your partner have different commitment needs, 6) having poor communication and/or 7) having dishonest communications with one another.

    Dana shares her thoughts on relationship red flags and the most important aspects of a healthy relationsihip. She and Taty agree that having high self-worth is the foundation for having a healthy relationship with yourself, which ultimately leads to healthy relationships with others. 

    Communication and compromise are the ultimate keys to having a healthy relationship with someone else. Dana and Taty talk through their relationship goals and what topics are important to discuss before partnership. 

    Taty is currently manifesting a partner and she shares what qualities she is looking for in a partner. Her list is long and she has had to re-do it a few times, but now she has the right idea in mind. You'll be inspired to evaluate your relationships after today's episode.
