In this week's episode, Dana and Taty talk about the many reasons we might not love ourselves the way that we should. But first they follow up on their intentions from last week where Taty challenges Dana's readiness to get married. After things get a little spicy between them, Dana proves her point on marriage readiness and they move on to the topic of loving yourself.
Taty read Conscious Loving and had several realizations about her childhood after finishing the book. She talks about the many possible reasons we don't love ourselves and she even shares where her feeling of not being loveable comes from. Then Dana and Taty both express their thoughts about how the feeling of needing to be perfect all the time might relate to what we see on Instagram. After feeling unloveable for so long, they decided to do a mini workshop on ways you can love yourself. They decided to start with the most primitive of them all. Breathing.
Taty talks about the possibility of nose orgasms and how a college class on relaxation was the most useful course she ever took. They read the book Breath and Taty shares her thoughts on mouth breathing while Dana shares her secret for getting better sleep. Taty talks about the impact of breathing through your nose and how it improves her workouts.
They also reminisce on their trip to Tulum where Dana got phytophotodermatitis from spilling a margarita on her legs and Taty recalls their reiki massages as being the most amazing massage she's ever received. They also share some helpful breathing exercises and encourage you to practice getting into your body. Tune in for more details!
