This audio yoga class has been devised specifically to introduce some of the postures and practices included in the Ashtanga Primary Series. It is suitable for those who are new to Ashtanga Yoga and familiar with basic yoga postures. It is the perfect introduction to this more challenging form of yoga. The class includes Surya Namaskar A & B and a selection of acheivable standing and floor based held postures to help prepare body and mind for the Ashtanga Primary Series. The class has been devised and narrated by Rod Watson who has been teaching yoga since 1988.

Daily Meditations for Mindfulness consists of five different 20 minute guided meditation sessions. The sessions have been created to develop and promote two key aspects of mindfulness, awareness of the present moment and acceptance without judgment. Awareness of the present moment helps us to enjoy pleasures as they arise, fully engage in all activities and develop a greater capacity to deal with challenging situations. Acceptance without judgment allows us not to worry about the small stuff.
