What Does Your Future Business Look Like?

  • サマリー

  • This episode features an interview from the My Future Business Show. You can find the original episode here.

On today’s My Future Business Show I have the pleasure of spending time with performance solution specialist and author of “The Ambition Quotient” Cheryl Johnson.

Cheryl has more than twenty years of experience in coaching, learning, development, and workplace training with a focus on improved performance, and has made strong contributions in the areas of learning with an emphasis on behavioral change.

To give some context to today’s call, Cheryl has worked with some of the biggest names in business including KPMG, Shell, Seton, Sun Edison, Touchstone Energy, and many others, helping them to create a learning culture that encourages knowledge mastery, skills development and attitudes required to make businesses more competitive.

Cheryl has been recognized as a leader in the architecture and design of interactive multimedia learning systems and strategies, and has also published by well-known educational psychologist, Michael Allen in his 2012 e-Learning Annual.

During the call, Cheryl shares insights into how businesses can create a culture of learning in the workplace that will help solve employee ambition problems. The takeaway for me, was when Cheryl talked about how it only takes a small bit of recognition to make a huge difference to someone’s confidence and personal ambition.
