Richard Oakley spent 30 years in law enforcement at the city, county, and federal levels. His last 23 years were with the DEA, and 13 of those years were spent conducting undercover operations. Lieutenant Randy Sutton (Ret.) is a distinguished figure in the law enforcement community with over 34 years of service.
