He started his career in New Jersey and after 10 years transfered to the Las Vegas Metro Police Department. He is also the founder of The Wounded Blue, a national assistance and support organization for Injured and Disabled Law Enforcement Officers. Randy's sterling reputation in the law enforcement community got him invited to speak at the 2024 Republican Natinoal Convention. Most importantly (for the podcast) his war stories are INSANE!
