    I don't advocate just being happy to be happy. Toxic positivity is NOT the goal here. However, you can find Joy in your life even if things are a struggle. Even if you have experienced pain or disappointment that sits heavy on your heart.

    EP44 – 13 Natural Ways to Reduce Anxiety

    Anxiety is a natural part of life. Most of us find ourselves feeling anxiety every now and then but recover quickly. What do you do when your normal way of coping isn’t working the same?

    This episode we explore natural ways to reduce anxiety that are low cost, low barrier, ways to reduce stress and anxiety. There are several you may have already considered, but I hope to introduce you to a few new ways to reduce your anxiety and find calm again.

    If you are stuck inside all day, you may find grounding or earthing to be most helpful. If you are constantly dealing with people, you may find using healing frequency or music is most rewarding for you. Listen to the entire episode and think through which tools you think would work best for your unique situation.

    Many of the tools I talk about are tools I use as a coach. A few I use often for my own anxiety busting rituals. All of them are worth trying yourself!

    When you are feeling anxiety, it often comes with overwhelm and nobody enjoys being in that state for very long. Sometimes it can take using several tools at the same time to reduce your anxiety.
