    If you are a coach, parent, athlete, or human being ;)- this episode is for you. Body image is a battle many men & women struggle with in silence. In this unfiltered episode, I reveal the origins of my own body image journey as a young USA Climbing athlete and the environment that fostered a syndrome called RED-S. My body has transformed multiple times since then as a CrossFit athlete and as a mom. Now raising a daughter, I've realized I need to learn how to love my body without qualifications so that she can love hers. I discuss practical strategies to confront the fears & lies you've come to believe about your body, ways to avoid the comparison trap, and daily practices to reinforce authentic confidence. I'm a long way from perfect, but that's exactly the point.
