  • 21 Injury VS Neglect
    2025/04/05

Most people over 40 are walking around blaming their chronic pain, stiffness, and physical decline on injuries that never actually happened. Living with bad knees, jacked-up back, weak painful shoulders and believing that’s just the way it’s going to be the rest of their lives. But is it really and injury or is it neglect. 90% of the time, it’s not an acute injury that you’re dealing with; it’s years of restrictive training, bad habits, sedentary lifestyle and ignored weaknesses combined with over-reliance on meds, injections, and surgeries that will never solve the root problem. The REAL cause of most chronic pain is dysfunction, inflammation, self-induced imbalances, lack of mobility and 1-dimentional exercise. You’re not fragile. You’re just out of balance. Let’s fix it.

  • 20 The Trifecta Of Average
    2025/01/29
WARNING: Truth Ahead Why aren’t you where you want to be? Why don’t you have more money, better health, a stronger body, a rock-solid relationship? The answer is simple. You’re too comfortable, you have no self-discipline, and deep down—it’s just not important enough to you. You say you want more—but if you really meant it, you’d be doing something about it. You’ve built a life around avoiding discomfort, justifying your own mediocrity, and settling for temporary pleasure instead of permanent change. It’s time to get real, stop lying to yourself, and leave "almost" and "maybe next time" in the rearview. Questions? Want more info about the 1% Life™ coaching program?
