Over the last 20 years, I have helped more than 400 organizations define their purpose and become consistently uniquely remarkable through his proprietary Blueprint process. "Blueprinting" defines an organization's purpose – in 7 words or less – and uses it to design how it will operate and communicate.
I am also an author, speaker and coach, as well as a contributor to a nationally broadcast TV station. I co-wrote the book "Why should I choose you?: Answering the most important question in business in seven words or less", published by HarperCollins.
I am also the Chief Purpose Officer of PurposeU. I have adapted this process for individuals so they can create a personal Blueprint for a happy, productive, self-directed and purpose-driven life. We offer the personal Blueprint as an online course that leads you through a step-by-step process to define your purpose – in 7 words or less – and then use it to design and live a life of meaning and purpose.

The creator, writer and host of her own web series/blog about travel, style and
shopping, Ms. World Traveler Kerry Damiano has been to over 130 countries and all 50 states. Her love of all things glamorous, which she weaves into every YouTube episode, stems from her decades long tie to the pageant community. The recipient of the Legacy Award for over 25 years of contribution to the pageant industry, Best Pageant Coach, Best Sponsor, Best Pageant Judge and Best Forever Titleholder at the Global Beauty Awards, she has been involved in pageantry since 1981. In addition to training young women in fashion, runway, interview and public speaking, she freelances as a fashion and jewelry designer, and has a Scripture memorization ministry called “The Amazing Word.”

Creativity through the lens of a communication coach for parents of teens and a spoken word artist

"Creativity is: 1. Asking what do you want. 2. Being intentional on putting things together or taking them apart"

I'm Marcus, a 'communication coach' for parents of preteens. I help business professionals who are parents of 10 to 14 year olds effectively show up and connect with their preteen during these key formative years, in order to secure a relationship that lasts beyond a lifetime.
As a former missionary and high school English teacher, over my 15+ year career, l've:

• Worked with learners from 20+ countries as a teacher and mentor. This work experience has given me a deep insight into how young people relate to their parents, family, and our world.

• Founded a growing 'book community', 'Putting Parenting Books into Action', that helps parents show up for their preteens and connect with similar parents who share their experiences.

• Authored 'Inspire Life Through Words Series', a published set of personal inspirational poetry intended to create well-being. i Just for Fun On a lighter note, when I'm not deep in conversations with 'present' parents or teens, I'm Latin dancing (Salsa, Bachata, and Kizomba) and moving my body through Crossfit and other sports. I love positive psychology, philosophy and what it means to live a good life.
