TW- Mental Health, Sucide, Psych Ward Expericences
Join Ginette and Caleb as they travel inside a mental hospital. This is a full circle moment as they both met in a mental hospital. They will be sharing the logistical side of things, as well as a daily schedule. They will also talk about their personal experiences and how these institutions could improve for future generations.
Teas: Teas: Spiced Chai by Bigelow and Spiced Apple Cider by Alpine
Dislaimer: We are only speaking from our direct experiences and understand that every hospital is different and everyone has different experiences. Our opinions may vary from yours and that is okay. We do not claim any of the following to be a one size fits all situation. We would also like to say that while our opinions may say that mental hospitals are in no way perfect, they are necessary and if you are struggling with suicidal thoughts, please call 988, as if staying in a mental hospital is what keeps you alive, then it will always be worth it.
