    Along with her first two team members (who are still with the team today), Treasure Davis built the #1 real estate team in Colorado Springs - a team of 15 agents who closed more than 400 units last year.


    More than 20 years into the business and more than a dozen years into building the team, Treasure reflects on the people, processes, and technology that allowed her to persevere and thrive in various market conditions.     Last year she shared the path from 1 to 16 different lead sources. This year she shares how they vet, distribute, and increase conversion on 24 different lead sources!
