Balancing being a wife, mom, 2 businesses and everyday life I am always asked how do I do it?!? It's not always perfect and can be a tad messy but adding an extra 30-60 minutes of "me" time to get things done have helped so much! Look, I am not a "morning" person and I have never been, but doing this4 days a week I am less overwhelmed, my anxiety has been lower and I have been happier overall! It's sooooo worth it!
