  • Welcome to Podcast 10.8 - Who are we?
    2025/03/19

America is experiencing a deep collective trauma—pain passed down through generations. While we may not control the chaos around us, we can take charge of our healing. Strength isn’t just about enduring; it’s about rising.

Healing from trauma takes work, but what if you were chosen for transformation? When we lift ourselves up, we lift the world with us.

We are creators. We are meant to live in peace and abundance. Yet, the reality is that most women have faced trauma, whether short-term or lifelong. To break this cycle, we must reclaim our power—mastering our minds, emotions, and boundaries.

Through ancient wisdom and proven healing techniques, we will walk this journey together. It’s time to rise. I’ll see you there.

  • Season 2: Episode 1: Election 2024: Who are we NOW?
    2024/11/09

Sure - the election results came in on election night - but is it over? Has our democracy been handed to a rapist, a Nazi and a corrupt bigot?

The real question is - who are you in times of adversity? Who are you during this need for our nation and more importantly our women to stand up and bring sense back to the world - a sense of decency and kindness and a way to care for all?

Not just sell out to billionaires and hate each other right? Right?

    • Solar plexus pain can often be linked to emotions such as anger, frustration, and anxiety. These feelings can create a physical response in the body, manifesting as discomfort or pain in the stomach area. Working through these emotions with practices like meditation, journaling, or therapy can help reduce this pain. • An imbalance or blockage in the Manipūra Chakra paralyses and destroys our energy and triggers diverse physical and psychic problems. If we are unable to think clearly, to express our thoughts and feelings, or if our mind is foggy there is often a disturbance in the Manipūra Chakra. Numerous complaints such as Diabetes, skin diseases, cardio-vascular diseases, Gout, Arthritis, rheumatic diseases, many types of migraines, allergies and many more can trace their origin back to a lack of energy within the Manipūra Chakra and a badly functioning digestive system. • Season 1: Episode 9: Dark Matters + Gender (Finale)
    2024/10/14

In this episode we share the masculine perspective about trauma and healing. I can’t say anyone is done healing..but i can say my partner and I are doing it together. The struggle is real with relationships after abuse and trauma. If you can’t keep a relationship or you make terrible choices choosing lovers and yet you know you need to learn from the patterns we find in our past. Not dwell on them or push them away, but let that go, and to really look at the facts.

In this episode we also will talk about the dark parts of us - the parts that grew due to our childhood trauma to recent trauma to PTSD. We are all the dark wolf and the white wolf inside us or some form of darkness - the key is to understand how it impacts our relationships and learning how to balance the light with the dark.

  • Season 1: Episode 8: Unconditional Love + Endless Desire
    2024/09/29

We continue our series on healing from trauma by changing our thoughts and our view on self love. In this episode we talk about love and desire after PTSD. How do we reframe our ancestors (when our family may have hurt us)? What is real love? After all that, where does self love fit in?

There are so many complexities but in the end unconditional love for yourself is the key to healing yourself and others. And breaking generational curses means honoring our ancestors (Pitru Paksha), great granddaughters and future generations with your own strong boundaries, self love, and acceptance as part of our healing.
