Narcissists all operate from the same playbook which makes them easier to identify observing their very predictable behaviour patterns. Narcissists are typically not emotionally intelligent or at least very under developed emotionally. Coupled with a malign approach when their control is in any way threatened or even perceived to be so, their emotional bomb throwing when taken to heart can cause confusion and destruction. Once you understand that the words and phrases narcissists commonly use at and during the discard are part and parcel of their disordered personality and malignant energy sources it becomes easier to depersonalise the experience. Throughout a human beings life at some point it is inevitable that one will encounter a covert narcissist. If when a person lands on earth and encounters a narcissistic parent or indeed multiple familial narcissists in a coven they will essentially find it difficult to suspect that what they encountered was not normal and that there is an alternative to the dark energy they were berthed into. Should they continue to be under narcissistic spiritual attack it may not be until adulthood that they become awakened to the darkness that lurks within such people.
