    Welcome to our penultimate episode of 2024, focusing on setting intentions!


    Michelle, our curious monkey starts us off with a summary of her mentor Lorin Beller's Intention Wheel practice. We discuss setting goals or making resolutions versus creating intentions and how intentions can be touchstones for making decisions throughout the whole year, helping us to meet goals.


    Amy reviews her recent inspirational phrases (such as "Simply Relentless" and "Live Fearlessly Motivated") and how they impacted her years, how she's feeling now, and what might be in store next! Lara might actually be able to convince her to start a practice of meditation and yoga!


    We chatter about how the last few months of the year can set the tone for your next year's goals and plans, and why mindset is so important!


    After this episode, our last 2024 show will be a fun recap (with wine, so who knows what will happen), then we'll be sharing our intentions in the new year, so stay tuned!
