Welcome to the Moms In Motion podcast! Your hosts are Krista Williams (pregnancy & postpartum athleticism coach) and Jenn Perna (pelvic floor physical therapist). We are running our businesses, running our households, and trying not to run ourselves into the ground while juggling it all. We are here to support you through all stages of motherhood with honest, relatable, and sometimes unfiltered conversations.

Tune into this show weekly so we can help you build your village, reconnect with your mom bod, and possibly even navigate business ownership and motherhood, better.

We are located in the suburbs of Philadelphia, and refer to each other constantly to best support moms in the area. We believe the relationship between a personal trainer specializing in working with moms, and pelvic floor PT is an absolute must for moms to thrive in motherhood.     The Summer is flying by and as business owners and moms with kids off of school, it sometimes feels like we are barely getting by in juggling it all! At the same time, though, Vivid is open for business in the new Doylestown location (and in need of another therapist if you know anyone) and Strong Moms has been in Yardley for a whole year already! So, ready or not we are rolling with all the progress the businesses are making! Thanks for being here through these adventures and just keeping it real with us!

    As moms and consumers we all have choices, and what you value as you are building your village of support has a lot to do with whether you think something is 'expensive' or not. Today, as a result of some recent conversation in the local Facebook mom groups, we are discussing (and ranting about) price vs value. Someone's own opinion of what they think is 'too expensive' might put down a local small business, which is often a local mom-owned business too!
