    Exams, assessments, and finals are extremely stressful for any young person.

    During assessment periods, the mind can become more unsettled. We may even experience panic, self-doubt, or periods of anxiety.

    However, grades and metrics can never showcase our compassion, kindness, and the quality of our heart.

    By reminding ourselves that everything we need is within, we can calm the mind. Giving any panic, or stress, our permission to gently drift away.

    Gift yourself a period of peace before your exams.

    Allowing your natural confidence and clarity to arise like a shining lotus from a cloudy lake.
