  • HSP Grief & Healing — Why Feeling It Now Can Set You Free
    2025/08/14

HSP Grief & Healing – Why Feeling It Now Can Set You Free. As HSPs and neurodivergent people, many of us carry unexpressed grief from years – even decades – ago. When it surfaces, it can feel overwhelming… but it can also be a sign that we’re finally strong enough to let go.

In this episode, I share my recent experience of deep grief – including a memory I’d buried for 40 years – and how I’ve been allowing myself to feel it without shutting down. I talk about the impact of generational trauma, the long-term effects of pushing kindness away, and the grounding practices that have helped me move through this time with more compassion for myself.

Whether you’re currently in the middle of your own grief, or you’ve felt the stirrings of old pain returning, I hope this feels like a companion piece – a reminder that you’re not alone, and that nothing lasts forever.

  • What Fun Looks Like for HSPs (It's Probably Not What You Think)
    2025/08/04

Fun doesn’t always look the way we expect — especially for HSPs and neurodivergent people. In this episode, I reflect on how I stopped borrowing other people’s ideas of fun and discovered what actually brings me joy: physical movement, creative expression, spiritual connection, and simple, quiet moments with cats, clouds, and colour.

If you’ve ever felt like fun is just “one more thing you’re not good at,” I hope this episode helps you feel seen 💙

    2025/07/26

Do you ever feel like life is just happening to you, instead of being something you consciously choose? In this episode, I share practical ways to live with more intention — so you can create a life aligned with your true values, not what the world says you “should” want.

We’ll explore why discernment is key for HSPs and neurodivergent souls, how to tell the difference between a genuine yes and a no, and the power of making space for what really matters.

  • Alternating Appetite: My 4-Week Experiment (Human Design Digestion Type)
    2025/07/24

In this episode, I share my personal experiment with the Alternating Appetite digestion type in Human Design — a way of eating that sounded completely counterintuitive to me… until it changed everything.

This isn’t about food rules. It’s about simplicity, energy, and connecting with what your body truly needs, in the way it needs it. If you’re an HSP, neurodivergent, or just curious about Human Design, join me for an honest conversation about what worked, what surprised me, and what I’ll be doing next.

  • Stop Hiding: The Risk & Joy of Being Ourselves
    2025/07/15

What happens when we – as HSPs and neurodivergent seekers – stop hiding and start living as our authentic selves?

In this episode, I speak directly to the parts of us that learned to stay small and ask: What’s the cost of continuing to hide? And what might be possible if we stopped?

I talk about why we learned to mask in the first place, how hiding impacts our health and happiness, and what it means to begin the slow, brave process of becoming visible.

Whether you’re newly on this path or already walking it with intention, this conversation is here to remind us all:
We are not broken. And we don’t have to keep hiding. We deserve to be ourselves.

    Themes include:
    • The survival logic behind masking and hiding• What authenticity really asks of us• Letting go of perfectionism• The risks — and joy — of living visibly

  • We Are Enough: HSP & Neurodivergent Life on Our Terms
    2025/07/05

As HSPs and neurodivergent souls, we often move through life at a different rhythm — one that doesn’t always fit the mainstream pace. In this episode, I reflect on why you are enough, exactly as you are. From social overwhelm to slow recovery journeys, creative self-doubt, and the quiet courage it takes to keep going, this is a gentle reminder that the way we thrive may look different — and that difference is precious and sacred.

    2025/07/05

What if your body was your wisest teacher — not something to battle, but to trust? In this episode, I share my lifelong (to now –and ongoing!) journey from disconnection and chronic pain to deeper listening, core strength, and spiritual alignment. I explore the breaking, the teaching, and the healing — through addiction, hypermobility, gut issues, and finally, hope. Especially resonant for HSPs, autistics, and those in 12-step recovery who’ve spent years ignoring or overriding the body’s signals.
