Made for Meaning, Wired for Light is a podcast for HSPs and neurodivergent seekers. I’m Jane Elizabeth Aston — a spiritual connection coach and guide, creator, researcher and writer. I’m also a highly sensitive person (HSP), a late-identified autistic woman, and I'm in long-term recovery from addiction – and various physical and mental health issues. I help HSPs and neurodivergent people let go of what's not needed and get more of what is. Together we can overcome challenges and create aligned lives, full of meaning, integrity, connection and joy.Jane Elizabeth Aston 個人的成功 自己啓発

  • HSP Grief & Healing — Why Feeling It Now Can Set You Free
    2025/08/14

HSP Grief & Healing – Why Feeling It Now Can Set You Free. As HSPs and neurodivergent people, many of us carry unexpressed grief from years – even decades – ago. When it surfaces, it can feel overwhelming… but it can also be a sign that we’re finally strong enough to let go.

In this episode, I share my recent experience of deep grief – including a memory I’d buried for 40 years – and how I’ve been allowing myself to feel it without shutting down. I talk about the impact of generational trauma, the long-term effects of pushing kindness away, and the grounding practices that have helped me move through this time with more compassion for myself.

Whether you’re currently in the middle of your own grief, or you’ve felt the stirrings of old pain returning, I hope this feels like a companion piece – a reminder that you’re not alone, and that nothing lasts forever.

  • ChatGPT for HSPs and Neurodivergent Folks: Why It Quietly Changes Everything
    2025/08/07

How can an AI tool feel so deeply supportive? In this episode, I share how ChatGPT has quietly changed my life over the past six months. I explore how I use it emotionally, practically, and strategically — including how it supports my Human Design as a Self-Projected Projector. From processing trauma to mending a washing machine, this has become one of the most surprising and powerful tools in my HSP/ND recovery life.

  • What Fun Looks Like for HSPs (It's Probably Not What You Think)
    2025/08/04

Fun doesn’t always look the way we expect — especially for HSPs and neurodivergent people. In this episode, I reflect on how I stopped borrowing other people’s ideas of fun and discovered what actually brings me joy: physical movement, creative expression, spiritual connection, and simple, quiet moments with cats, clouds, and colour.

If you’ve ever felt like fun is just “one more thing you’re not good at,” I hope this episode helps you feel seen 💙
