    在今天的播客里,
    我想和你分享一段特别为你录制的冥想音频,
    帮助你放松下来,
    也帮助你重新和自己的身体,取得深深的连接。

    这八分钟的冥想,是一段温柔的暂停。
    专属于你,不需要去完成什么,也不需要去证明什么。

    我们常常习惯了照顾身边的每一个人,
    却很少停下来,问问自己:你还好吗?
    其实,我们自己,才是最值得被照顾、被理解、被关爱的。

    我真心希望,在接下来的这八分钟里,
    你可以放下匆忙,
    慢下来,静静地,和自己待一会儿。

    放慢呼吸,感受身体的存在,
    让奔波的心,暂时靠岸。

    请记得:关爱自己,不是自私,
    它是爱的起点,
    是你走下去的力量源头。

    当你愿意先温柔地安顿好自己,
    你才能带着更平和的心,去面对生活,
    也才能真正地陪伴你所爱的人。

    所以,现在,请给自己这八分钟。
    和身体打个招呼,
    对自己说一声:谢谢你,辛苦了。

    愿这段冥想,能温柔地陪伴你,
    在忙碌中,停一停;

    在喧闹中,静一静。

    In today’s episode,
    I want to share with you a short meditation I recorded just for you —
    to help you unwind,
    and to gently reconnect with your body.

    These eight minutes of meditation are a soft pause.
    A moment that belongs only to you.
    You don’t need to achieve anything,
    and you certainly don’t need to prove anything.

    We often get used to taking care of everyone around us,
    yet rarely pause to ask ourselves: “Hey… how am I really doing?”
    But in truth —
    we are the ones most in need of care, understanding, and love.

    My heartfelt wish is that, during the next eight minutes,
    you can let go of the rush,
    slow down, and simply sit with yourself — quietly, gently.

    Soften your breath.
    Feel your body.
    Let your busy heart come ashore, even for a little while.

    And please remember:
    Caring for yourself is not selfish.
    It is where love begins.
    It is the wellspring that allows you to keep going.

    When you choose to care for yourself first, with tenderness,
    you can meet life with greater calm,
    and truly be present for the ones you love.

    So now, give yourself these eight minutes.
    Say hello to your body.
    And whisper to yourself: “Thank you. You’ve worked so hard.”

    May this meditation gently accompany you —
    a soft pause in the midst of busyness,
    a moment of stillness amidst the noise.

    在这期反思集中,我分享了这一周的真实挣扎与深刻觉察。
    因为举办一场大型社区活动,我筋疲力尽,却又想守住更新承诺。
    内心两个声音争执不下——“坚持录制”和“允许休息”。

    我用正在学习的 IFS 内在家庭系统方法,与这些内在部分对话。
    我听见了它们,也被它们提醒:比“按时”更重要的,是“真实”。

    我也分享了一个重要的决定:将播客更新频率从每周三次,调整为两次。
    这是为了给 IFS 的深入学习腾出空间,去学习掌握 一个宝藏般的系统,将内在与外在家庭疗愈智慧融合,为更多的家庭带来变革的力量。

    🎧 本集亮点:

    • 如何用 IFS 方法面对内耗与自我批评
    • 为什么“休息”也是一种深度的坚持
    • 我为什么决定减少更新频率,投入更深的专业成长
    • 来自第34集的温柔提醒:真正的亲子修复,从爱自己开始

    ✨ 邀请你一起思考:

    1. 最近你有没有对自己太苛责?有没有一个需要被温柔回应的部分?
    2. 有没有一件事你差点放弃?但如果换一种方式对待自己,也许就能继续?
    3. 你是否也渴望在自我成长中,找回一个更有力量、更有爱的人自己?

    🌱 愿你在这期播客中,找到一份对自己的理解与温柔。

    In this reflective solo episode, I open up about a moment of real inner conflict this week:
    Exhausted from organizing my largest community event so far, I found myself torn—
    Should I skip this week’s episode? Push through and perform? Or... simply pause and listen within?

    Thanks to IFS (Internal Family Systems), I was able to turn inward and meet my parts with compassion:
    The exhausted part was allowed to rest.
    The critical voice was heard and thanked.
    And I made a different choice: record this episode, not out of pressure, but out of presence.

    I also share a personal shift:
    Reducing my podcast frequency from 3 to 2 episodes per week,
    so I can dedicate more energy to deepening my IFS training—
    a powerful complement to the systemic constellation work I already practice.

    🎧 In this episode:

    • A behind-the-scenes look at burnout and self-compassion
    • Why taking a break is sometimes the truest form of persistence
    • My growing vision of integrating internal and external systemic healing
    • Reflections from Episode 34 on healing the parent-teen relationship by healing ourselves first

    💭 Reflective prompts:

    1. Where in your life are you pushing too hard… and forgetting to care for yourself?
    2. What would shift if you replaced criticism with curiosity?
    3. Is there something you've almost given up—because you forgot to be kind to yourself?

    🌿 May this episode offer you a moment to breathe, soften, and come home to yourself.

    青春期的孩子,为何总像一堵冷冰冰的墙?
    你曾经用尽全力去爱,却总觉得碰壁、被拒绝?
    在这一期播客中,我想邀请你走近孩子,也走近你自己。

    💗 本集内容源于我最近陪伴辅导的几个家庭。母女之间完全失联,父母深感无助和心碎。但奇迹是可能的——只要我们从向内探索开始,从每天一个小小的举动,重新连接那道断裂的亲子之桥。

    🔑 本集你将听到:

    • 如何觉察自己对孩子的控制欲和焦虑,是如何阻碍爱的流动;
    • 如何练习无条件的爱,停止用交换的方式“付出”;
    • 修复关系的“拆墙练习”——从敲门、叫吃饭、晚安拥抱开始;
    • 父母的快乐和轻松,是孩子最大的情绪安全感;
    • 如何用祝福替代焦虑,让爱重新流动在你们之间;
    • 每天一个小练习:写下感恩,写下祝福,让爱的种子在夜晚发芽。

    这是一封写给每一位在育儿路上迷惘的父母的温柔来信。
    我想告诉你——只要你愿意走出第一步,关系总有修复的可能。

    🌿 如果你也在经历与青春期孩子的张力与冲突,愿这期播客成为你的一束光。
    你并不孤单。爱,从此刻重新流动。

    A heart-to-heart invitation for parents in conflict with their adolescent child

    Is your teenager shutting you out with silence?
    Do your efforts to love and care seem to bounce off a wall of coldness?

    In this heartfelt episode, I share the journey of supporting several families—especially mothers and daughters—who had lost emotional connection during the teen years. Through systemic coaching, deep emotional healing, and small daily rituals, these families began to reconnect and rebuild trust.

    🌱 In this episode, you'll explore:

    • Why unconditional love—not control or fear—is the foundation of healing;
    • How to stop projecting your anxieties and start connecting from your heart;
    • Tiny “wall-melting” moments: knocking gently before entering, saying goodnight with a hug, calling your teen to dinner with warmth;
    • The healing power of blessing your child instead of worrying about them;
    • How your own joy, calm, and self-care affect your teen more than any lecture;
    • A simple daily practice of gratitude and blessing to shift your energy and nurture the relationship.

    ✨ This episode is not about fixing your child—it’s about softening your own heart, rediscovering your strength as a parent, and remembering that even the most distant teen still longs for love and connection.

    If your relationship with your adolescent feels broken or strained, this episode is a gentle guide back home—to your child, and to your own heart.

    “泪水,是融化灵魂深处冰块的力量。”

    我也分享了我在学习和实践 IFS(内部家庭系统)过程中的体会。这一段旅程,让我每天都能带着更多的Self能量与内在的不同“部分”对话,这些焦虑的、怀疑的、努力想要保护我的部分。这种自我陪伴,给我带来了很多内心的平静和对自己的信任。

    🌿在这里我想邀请你暂停片刻,想一想:

    In this episode, I reflected on the two podcast episodes released earlier this week, and shared the deep emotions evoked during recent Family Constellation workshops: the tears that had never been shed, the grief that had been buried for years—suddenly awakened and gently melted by a single sentence from a stranger.

    “Tears are the force that melts the ice in the depths of the soul.”

    I also shared my experiences learning and practicing IFS (Internal Family Systems). This journey has helped me connect with my anxious, doubting, and overprotective parts each day—with more Self energy and compassion. Through this daily inner dialogue, I’ve found greater peace and deeper trust in myself.

    🌿 And here, I want to gently invite you to pause and reflect:
    Have you been holding onto a dream, quietly hidden in your heart, yet never found the courage to act on it?
    Is there a voice inside you, softly whispering: “Maybe… I could give it a try?”

    在这一集中,我与你分享了两场让我深深动容的家庭系统排列工作坊的故事。尤其是一位坐在场边的参与者,在听到代表说出的一句话时,突然泪流不止。那句话,仿佛是她已逝父亲一直想对她说的,却从未有机会说出口的话。

    她以为自己早已“放下”父亲的离世,却在那一刻才意识到,悲伤一直沉睡在心底。泪水奔涌而出,也终于为她融化了藏在灵魂深处的“冰”。

    正如荷兰一位系统工作导师所说:
    “泪水能融化你灵魂深处的冰。”

    这一集,我也分享了自己对于“系统性哀悼”、代际情感共鸣、以及在排列空间中如何彼此照见的深刻体会。我们每个人的悲伤,从不只是属于我们自己。我们流下的眼泪,也承载着上一代、上上代从未流下的泪水。

    每一场排列,都不仅仅是为一位案主而进行,而是为在场的每一个灵魂打开一扇窗。

    愿你也能在这集里找到属于你的共鸣,重新拥抱你的故事、你的悲伤、和你的温柔力量。

    In this episode, I share the powerful stories and insights from two recent Family Constellation workshops in the Netherlands. One participant sitting quietly in the sideline was unexpectedly moved to tears. When she heard a sentence spoken by a representative, something broke open—she felt, “This is what my father, who passed away years ago, would have said to me.”

    Although she had returned to life after her father’s death, thinking she had moved on, the words touched a deep grief she didn’t know she still carried. Her tears flowed freely. Something old and frozen within her began to melt.

    As a Dutch systemic facilitator once said:
    “Tears melt the ice on your soul.”

    In this episode, I reflect on the invisible losses we carry across generations, the systemic nature of grief, and the sacred role we all play in each other's healing. A single story in a constellation often resonates with the untold stories in many others.

    None of us is an island. In the field of constellation, we witness, we are witnessed, and through that, we remember who we are.

    这一集是我每周一次的深度反思。过去一周,生活节奏忽然加快:我在学习IFS(内部家庭系统)课程、录制三期播客、组织父亲节工作坊,仿佛一直在奔跑。

    在极其忙碌种,我曾以为这一周并没有多少喜悦。但当我在反思表里写下“这周有哪些让我感到喜悦的时刻?”居然写下了九个。那一刻,我意识到:真正遮住我们眼睛的,不是生活本身的灰暗,而是我们太匆忙、太用力,而错过了那些本该被珍藏的光亮。

    在这一集中,我也分享了我参加IFS学习的心路历程、父亲节特别集的背后灵感,以及对AI教练与人类教练关系的深度思考(播客28集)。如果你也曾感到疲惫或怀疑自己是否“做得够好”,希望这一集能为你带来一点安静与启发。

    🌱 本期亮点:

    • 如何在忙碌中寻找真实的闪光片刻
    • 我在IFS学习中经历的挑战与成长
    • 父亲节特辑的创作背后:男性情感世界的探照
    • AI教练时代,我们人类的独特价值在哪里?
    • 邀请你每周停下来,给自己一个回望与觉察的时刻

    🎧 欢迎收听以下两集相关播客:

    🔸第28集:《人类教练 vs. AI教练:未来何去何从?》
    🔸第29集:《走向父亲:疗愈与接纳的旅程》

    🌼 本周思考问题:

    • 这个星期,你是否也在忙碌中忽略了生活的美好?
    • 有没有一个你可以感谢的人,一个温暖你心的人?

    🧡 我邀请你,像我一样,在每周结束前,留出30分钟,写下你这一周的“闪光时刻”。

    愿我们都能在混乱与繁忙之中,重新看见爱与连结的可能。

    This week, I found myself overwhelmed. Between studying IFS (Internal Family Systems), preparing for my Father’s Day workshop, and publishing three podcast episodes — I barely had time to breathe.

    But during my weekly reflection, something surprising happened. I wrote down the question I always ask myself:
    ✨ “What joyful moments did I experience this week?”
    And to my astonishment… I found nine.

    This episode is a gentle invitation for you to pause, slow down, and lift the veil that busy life often casts over your heart. I share my reflections on learning IFS, my feelings after recording the Father’s Day special, and thoughts on the rising role of AI coaches (from Episode 28).

    🌱 In this episode:

    • The hidden joy behind a full and busy life
    • Why IFS learning challenged and inspired me
    • Reflections on men’s emotional world from Podcast 29
    • AI coaches vs. human coaches — how do we stay human?
    • A loving invitation to pause and reflect on your own week

    🎧 Listen to the two related episodes:

    🔸 Episode 28: Human Coaches vs. AI Coaches: Where Are We Going?
    🔸 Episode 29: Coming Home to Father: A Journey of Healing and Acceptance

    🌼 Questions for your own reflection:

    • What moments of joy or connection did you almost miss this week?
    • Who can you thank for being there for you?

    May this episode be a quiet breath in your week.
    And may you leave it feeling more grounded, more grateful, and more connected.
