    Chopped Italian Salad Sandwiches
    Ingredients:
8 oz sliced Applegate organic Italian ham, chopped
8 oz sliced Applegate organic Genoa salami, chopped
4 oz sliced Applegate organic pepperoni, chopped
    ½ cup sliced pepperoncini, chopped
½ cup peppadew mild marinated cherry peppers, chopped
½ cup chopped organic red onion
½ cup chopped organic dill pickles
½ cup Whole Foods Organic Creamy Italian vinaigrette
    ½ cup organic avocado mayonnaise
    1 TBSP dried organic oregano
1 tsp ground organic black pepper
    ½ tsp salt
    Directions:
    1. Mix all ingredients in a big bowl. Taste + adjust seasonings as you go.
    2. Split 4 sub buns lengthwise. Brush with olive oil and broil until golden.
    3. Top with sliced provolone cheese and return to oven for 1–2 minutes to melt.
    4. Load up the cheesy buns with that glorious chopped salad (overflow is welcome!).
    5. Serve, savor, and watch them disappear.

Let me know if you try it!! You can even skip the bun and serve it over romaine if you want to keep it lower-carb but still full of flavor!

  • Living Well Together with Jenna Cain | Ep.70
    2025/05/08

This week on Living Well Together, we're joined by Jenna Cain—a Beavercreek native, wife, mom, physical therapist, and passionate advocate for holistic healing. Jenna’s story is one of resilience and transformation. A former Division 1 soccer player at Morehead State University, she later earned her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from the University of Dayton in 2010. Though she built a successful career working with a variety of patient populations, particularly pediatrics, Jenna was quietly navigating her own health struggles—fatigue, joint pain, autoimmune flares, and years of searching for answers. It wasn’t until she surrendered her own understanding and leaned into her faith that real healing began. Since 2022, Jenna has been symptom-free, and she now channels her journey into helping others experience the same freedom.
In this conversation, Jenna shares how her healing path led her to homeschool her children and open a movement-based wellness studio out of her converted garage in Beavercreek. She discusses the power of the fascia, lymphatic, and nervous systems in healing chronic pain, the role unresolved emotions play in physical symptoms, and why true wellness requires addressing the mind, body, and spirit together. Jenna's message is for anyone who has “tried everything” and still feels stuck. Through intentional movement, breathwork, and emotional release, she helps women reconnect with their bodies and rewrite their stories. If you're ready to believe that healing is possible, this episode is a must-listen.
