  • Mind/Matter & Angel Numbers

    In this episode I touch on a few things that have come up in my life. Some different examples of when mind over matter worked for me, and how just a bit of encouragement can go such a long way! From running, to sports to literally everyday life, we can see so many examples of where our brain is the first to give up over even trying and I think this needs to change! We are so much stronger than we think both mentally and physically -- we just have to prove it to ourselves. Angel numbers and a bit about them come up, as well as some nasty tasks I've got in life right now LOL the soup touch...gross right?!

    We’re back with another episode with hopefully both funny and thought provoking topics!!! ✨🤔

    This one’s called Notes Dump - not a personal note dump— obviously I wouldn’t spill that — but a dump of all of the random, funny, not so funny, confusing, and interesting things that I have thought of/experienced, and wondered which I’ve decided to talk about on the podcast. This is one random thing after another but it most definitely won’t be my last Notes Dump episode! since I didn’t even get halfway through the list on my phone, and I’m sure it will continue to grow daily so there will be plenty more of these to come!

    This episode is called ✨DREAM ROUTINE✨because it’s all the things I wish to achieve on a daily basis but guess what? life happens! The reality for me is that there isn’t always enough time in the day for me to accomplish everything I had hoped to. And this is totally okay with me because I will live without crossing every single thing off my to-do lists — maybe you need this reminder sometimes too.


    I hope you enjoy my morning + night time, daily goals and all the little side convos in between!


    ** also wanted to add I also take vitamin D drops in my iced lattes every morning, habit stacking the two helps since I’ll never forget my coffee and my drops are at my coffee station ☕️ **

  • Fall, back to school & are you living your best life?

    This chat gets into it right away from seasons changing, and climate change to self worth and the life you wish to live.


    For first timers going away to school, or high schoolers back at it for another year, enjoy the process and find what you love to learn and go from there. Sometimes we have classes or courses we have to take and we have just got to push through -- one day you will be where you dreamed of being, where you WANT to be in life.


    I get deep and truthful in this episode as I speak from experience about societies rough beauty standards and how they need to change! I also encourage others to live for YOU and only you because you truly are the only person who's with you the entire way through life. If you want to change, do it for you, and if you're completely comfortable don't change at all! This life is short and we really need to remember at the end of the day we are remembered for who we are and what we leave behind for others to learn from us. Shift to a mindset where you are comfortable with who you are at this exact moment, because this life meant to be enjoyed <3
