This is a hard topic to discuss, especially with it being so close to home with family. But what I want to set is an example of vulnerability, authenticity, and the truth. It's not always easy to set firm boundaries with people, especially our family members. But the choices we make today will determine our tomorrow. It's not always about us, its about our children and the generations to come. We must take a stand today for a healthier tomorrow. Boundaries are not rejections. They are a form of protection. When we set healthy boundaries, we put up that wall that allows others to respect us. For me, we allow people to trample all over us, but now because of Jesus Christ who is within us, we can stand strong.

Hey everyone! Today I needed quiet time with the Lord to reflect on my heart. I knew something was off with my energy today, so I sat with the Lord and asked Him some questions. It took most of the day, but when I sat down for the third time, I felt a nudge to look at the time. And once again, God used it to help me understand where I needed to forgive and ask for forgiveness. I hope what I share will help someone with their own journey and relationship with Jesus Christ. He is always faithful!

Hello everyone! So glad you are deciding to join me for Holy Sabbath Podcast! I hope this episode finds you well. With so much stress to be considered,especially during holiday seasons, let us take the time to be quiet in the Lord and listen to what He wants us to focus on. One step at a time! I know we hear this a lot. But what if God is really trying to tell us... just take it one step at a time. We dont have to juggle all the steps at once or even skip steps. Maybe, just for today, it is okay to take that next step instead of multiple steps.
