    As you know I talk to medical experts on a regular basis about diet, nutrition and exercise, today I speak with a doctor who is an obesity expert but he's also someone who has had his own obesity problem, having weighed 350lbs at one point.

    He gives me his view on what is driving obesity today and how metabolic disease is being made worse by the official guidelines that are being laid out by bodies like the CDC, which Dr Tro believes do not follow the actual science.
