Episode 25:14 The SECOND Worst Food You Can Put In Your Body
In my opinion, processed sugar is the worst substance you could put into your body because it raises blood sugar levels, triglyceride levels, and cholesterol levels.
It also increases your risk of developing heart disease, diabetes, Alzheimer’s, cancer, liver disease… and a host of digestive and hormonal disorders.
My guess, however, is that you already know that.
That is, you probably already know that processed sugar is not good for your body or your overall health.
What you may not know is that there is a SECOND type of food that is almost as harmful to your body as sugar.
A food that God intended to be health-promoting but instead has become health-destroying.
