    This week, we’re diving into a recipe born out of some holiday leftovers—a decadent Croissant Cannoli French Toast. It’s a fusion of buttery croissants and leftover sweet cannoli filling, perfect for brunch or dessert.

    Ingredients:

    For the French toast:

    3-4 Large Sandwich Croissants

    3-4 Large eggs

    1 1/2 Cups Heavy Cream

    1-2 teaspoons vanilla extract

    butter for greasing the pan


    For the Cannoli Cream:

    2 cups ricotta cheese, thoroughly drained

    1/2 cup powdered sugar

    1/2-1 teaspoon vanilla extract

    1/4 cup heavy cream, whipped

    1/2 cup mini chocolate chips

    For toppings: berries, warm maple syrup, extra whipped cream, or powdered sugar. Anything you love!
