3-4 Large eggs
1 1/2 Cups Heavy Cream
1-2 teaspoons vanilla extract
butter for greasing the pan
For the Cannoli Cream:
2 cups ricotta cheese, thoroughly drained
1/2 cup powdered sugar
1/2-1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/4 cup heavy cream, whipped
1/2 cup mini chocolate chips
