  • 138. Defining neuroplasticity & the mind with Dr. Ashleigh Moreland
    2025/06/13

Dr. Ashleigh Moreland is a clinical psychotherapist with a PhD in Neuroplasticity, and founder of the Re-MIND Institute, where she specialises in helping people rewire their brains for emotional wellbeing, resilience, and deeper connection. With over two decades of academic, clinical, and lived experience, Ash brings a unique blend of neuroscience, trauma-informed care, and practical tools that actually work, because she's lived the journey herself. Her work spans into personal and professional development, with a focus on creating emotionally and psychologically safe environments in homes, schools and businesses, so we can be wired to thrive, not just survive. Through the Re-MIND Institute’s programs, Ash supports adults to create “happy brains” by resolving the root causes of stress, anxiety, trauma, and burnout, going far beyond surface-level mindset work. She also works with parents to raise emotionally intelligent, self-regulated children, so the adults of the future don’t spend decades recovering from their childhoods. Ash is passionate about making neuroscience simple, actionable, and empowering, helping people of all ages live with more clarity, connection, and calm.
