Explaining the difference between prebiotics and probiotics, I debunk the myth that constipation causes weight gain, attributing any increase to water and stubborn stool, not fat. Detoxing? Save your time and money. Your body's a powerhouse; it knows how to clean house. Addressing fresh versus frozen produce, to the accuracy of fitness watches, they are good for heart rate and steps, but take those calorie burn readings with a grain of protein powder. Belly fat? No shortcuts, no spot reduction. It's an army of changes - resistance training, a solid diet, and plenty of sleep - that's how you sculpt those abs. We're also diving into protein intake recommendations, ways to track progress, workout duration, and tracking food intake. It's time to pump up your understanding and flex those knowledge muscles.
