    Welcome to Episode 50 of the Building Bigger Lives Podcast! Today we take you behind the scenes, Kathryn Pedersen and Michael Regan discuss the origins and development of the podcast.

    They recall how the idea first came about in 2019, with Kathryn initially planning to create a podcast but putting it on hold due to the busy year of 2020. Michael then shared his idea of hosting a YouTube live event, which eventually merged with Kathryn's podcast idea. They both contributed to the development of the podcast, with Kathryn suggesting the use of the tool Monday to organize and collaborate on ideas. The podcast officially launched in January 2024, and has since been running for about a year.
