Michael then shared his idea of hosting a YouTube live event, which eventually merged with Kathryn's podcast idea. They both contributed to the development of the podcast, with Kathryn suggesting the use of the tool Monday to organize and collaborate on ideas. The podcast officially launched in January 2024, and has since been running for about a year.
