    PMDD Is a cyclical disorder thought to be caused by hormone fluctuations during the luteal phase of the menstrual cycle. These fluctuations have a direct effect on the brain and indirectly, mood. Like other hormonal disorders, there is a spectrum of severity with varied symptoms.

    Temporarily, stepping away from women’s health issues, Aisha turns to explore how men cope with their mental health and how they deal with the societal pressures faced in their everyday lives.



    It’s been said that 3 times as many men as women die by suicide, men aged 40-49 have the highest suicide rates in the UK. And In England, around one in 8 men has a common mental health problem such as depression, anxiety, panic disorder or OCD.
