  • Wellbeing. The Most Important Legacy of All?
    2025/06/09

Welcome to this instalment in the A WHOLE Convo Podcast series where we open a conversation on why our wellbeing is significant in the creation of a life well lived.

In a modern age where the conversation about wellbeing is being had more openly we are becoming more aware of the value of taking care of our internal experience as human beings. Talk of mental health for example has a wider platform than it ever has in the past, and yet we may not give the level of attention to the broader impact of consistently modelling commitment to wellbeing.

Inspiration and a desire to tend to our wellbeing often comes when we reach crisis point, and once crisis is averted it is tempting to let our attention to wellbeing fall to the wayside. The health of our internal world will however show up in the way we navigate life and our communication with others.

Join us in this WHOLE Convo (- it is jam packed!) as we consider:

    • Cleaning up generational wellbeing
    • The feedback conscious wellbeing creates
    • Unhealed parts of us
    • Children as the very best teachers
    • Wellbeing as the responsibility of our lifetime
    • Choices in addressing or overlooking personal shortcomings
    • The framework parents create for wellbeing
    • Our responsibility to do ‘the work’
    • Cultural influence on our wellbeing legacy
    • Taking on individual responsibility for our wellbeing legacy
    • Inner responsibility for elevating our wellbeing for better vitality and DNA patterning
    • The luxury of wellness
    • Blueprints of belief
    • Deserving wellbeing
    • Good girl programming
    • Imprints and expectations
    • A world based on wellbeing first

  • You're a Witch! (And You Don't Even Know it 😉)
    2025/06/02

There was a time when being suspected of being a witch was the worst thing that could happen to you. Yet here we are celebrating the possibilities of our witchy gifts.

Join us in A WHOLE Convo as we explore the power and potential of using words consciously to affect who we are, and the creation of the world we live in.

Claiming back our power to cast spells means we can put to use the significance of the thoughts we think on repeat and the effectiveness of our communication to support and uplift us through our words.

In this Convo this week we look at:

    • The creative power of words
    • Energy in words and communication
    • Ymane’s memories of witchy fun
    • Magic in possibility
    • Owning personal responsibility with words and thoughts
    • Empowerment v.s suppression with our words
    • Reclaiming the words we speak and carry as spells
    • Presence with the thoughts we place on repeat
    • Catching ourselves in the act
    • Cheat codes to our experience and results
    • Simple, continual creation with words
    • Modelling care with words for younger people

    Journal Prompts

As promised in the episode here are some journal prompts for you to ponder on how the ways you may be casting spells without realising it:

    • How much attention do I usually pay to my words?
    • Which words have had the most lasting impact on me?
    • How have these words affected me?
    • What have I made them mean about who I am and what I can do with my life?
    • What are the words of limitation I repeat to myself?
    • Which words lift me up and make me feel excited about who I am and what I can do?
    • What would be different for me if I took more care with the words I think on repeat, and the words I used to communicate?
    • Which steps will I take to help make this change in my day to day use of words and language?

  • Be So For Real - Would You Date You?
    2025/05/26

We’re back with a cheeky little fun Convo for you this week as we ponder on whether we would date ourselves….

In a world where dating is available in the palms of our hands🤳 and we can gather matches in the blink of an eye we get into how we feel we would match up for potential suitors. Are we the most attractive version of ourselves? Would we put the time into dating ourselves?

In this lighthearted WHOLE Convo we touch on:

    • Doing the work to evolve and be appreciated
    • Relationships as a great playground for self development
    • Meeting people in a “modern era”
    • Making self study a priority - giving to ourselves BEFORE giving to another
    • Instant culture v sacred union

The conclusion is - one of us would… and the other one would not date ourselves…can you guess who is who👻?
