このコンテンツについて
Welcome to this instalment in the A WHOLE Convo Podcast series where we open a conversation on why our wellbeing is significant in the creation of a life well lived.
In a modern age where the conversation about wellbeing is being had more openly we are becoming more aware of the value of taking care of our internal experience as human beings. Talk of mental health for example has a wider platform than it ever has in the past, and yet we may not give the level of attention to the broader impact of consistently modelling commitment to wellbeing.
Inspiration and a desire to tend to our wellbeing often comes when we reach crisis point, and once crisis is averted it is tempting to let our attention to wellbeing fall to the wayside. The health of our internal world will however show up in the way we navigate life and our communication with others.
Join us in this WHOLE Convo (- it is jam packed!) as we consider:
- Cleaning up generational wellbeing
