    Today (Thursday 6th February) is 'Time To Talk Day' and on the programme we’ll find out more about the day with Jo from Cornwall Mind.


    Fashion Journalist, Stylist and Writer Susannah Constantine, best know for Trinny and Susannah, is offering her tips and advice on why mastering your morning routine can help with sticking to health new years resolutions made at the start of the year.


    As this week is Children’s Mental Health Week, Victoria will be chatting to Children’s author and mum-of-three, Esther Marshall, about how books provide the perfect environment to spark those conversations.

  • Pegasus Men’s Health, Trauma & Addiction and 5 Ways to Wellbeing

    On this month's show:

    Steve will be telling Alison all about the Cornwall Mind ‘5 Ways to Wellbeing Group’ that he was recently part of and how nature and talking about the environment helps his wellbeing.


    Georgie and Calum will be speaking about trauma and addiction, and how these can affect our mental health.

    Francesca and Julie, from the Champs Team, part of Healthy Cornwall, will explain about their work with the Learning Disabilities Team at Treliske Hospital and share their experiences of presenting this show, for the last two months, alongside Gaelle.

    We hear from Beata Webb who is the Managing Director and Founder of the Pegasus - Men's Wellbeing Centre.
